Menasha (Outagamie Cty)Perhaps someone out there has seen this before. I will show a few pictures that I took Wednesday afternoon. This is NOT a rainbow, and it did not dissipate like smoke, so my assumption was cloud/vapors of some sort, but not of
a natural sort.
I am hoping that maybe someone will see this and understand.
